William Grant & Sons were launching a range of incredibly rare and aged whiskies and needed designs which blended exclusivity with sophistication. They were talking to dedicated whisky enthusiasts and wanted to convey the Rare Cask Reserves’ finite nature and bespoke whisky artistry in a language which would appeal to these aficionados.
We created a core pack design which echoed the very pages where the whisky was recorded over time. Individual expressions were given their own identity through elevated secondary structures which reflected to rare liquid used in each batch.
